Sauna

Step into our traditional wood-fired sauna and unwind in deep, natural heat while taking in panoramic views across Belfast. With temperatures of up to 90°C, it is the perfect place to slow down, sweat and reset both body and mind.

Cold Plunge

Two open-air ice baths, chilled to 5°C, provide the perfect contrast to the intense heat of the sauna. Designed to awaken the senses and leave you feeling refreshed, clear-headed and recharged.

Hot Tub

Our outdoor hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind between sauna and cold plunge sessions. Warm water, fresh air and the Cavehill hillside all around you. Share the experience with friends or simply sit back and take in the view.

Outdoor Wild Shower

Cool off under our outdoor wild shower surrounded by fresh air and nature. Use it to rinse off between rounds or to finish your session. It's simple, bracing and exactly what it sounds like.
