Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we'll always do our best to work with you whenever possible.

To allow us the opportunity to offer appointment times to other guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make changes to your booking.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
